MEASURES DUE TO CORONAVIRUS
DIERENKLINIEK DE JORDAAN (VETERINARY CLINIC) takes the presence and spread of the Coronavirus very seriously.
We realize that we are important for your pet’s health and we will therefore stay open.
In order to do this responsibly, we have taken a number of practical measures and we kindly ask your support in execution.
Measures as from Monday 16th of March:
-We will schedule more time between appointments to ensure that the waiting room is as empty as possible. Keep your distance to each other when in our waiting room to pick up meds or food.
-We will not do house calls during this period.
-We have an extended hygiene protocol and clean all handles of doors, pin and other common surfaces regularly.
-We will not shake hands.
-In case your pet needs to be held for treatment/clinical exam it will be done by our technician, so you can keep your distance.
WE ASK YOUR SUPPORT TO:
-Limit the numer of owners that come to us with their pet to max 1 person. In case of too many people in the waiting room we might ask you to wait outside.
-Be on time for your appointment.
-If you have a cold or illness, do not come to the clinic yourself but ask someone else.
-Don’t shake hands.
-Wash your hands at home before and after your visit to the clinic.
-Pay with PIN.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP AND UNDERSTANDING!
